Mobile massage gives you access to relaxation and recovery massage therapy in the comfort of your own home, office space, or event 

This style of massage focuses on bringing you not only physically but also mentally into a state of relaxation and calmness. Through a combination of different massage techniques, customising each session to your needs, creating a safe space, and by being concise and clear with communication, we will achieve an overall state of relaxation

Once you book in your session I will then send you an email to confirm your address and make sure you have adequate space and privacy for the session to take place. On the day I will bring all my equipment (massage table, balms/oils, sheets, towels etc.) with me to your location. I will set everything up in the designated area. We will have a 10 min intake process to ask health related questions and to set a contract in regards to what areas are and are not going to be massaged. Once all has been agreed upon, the massage will commence

We will communicate together about what pressure you prefer and I will adjust my techniques accordingly. You have control of how much pressure you'd like throughout the massage

All you need is an adequate space that has privacy , is quiet, and is a space you feel comfortable in. All massage specific equipment will be provided by myself
